SOCIAL DISTRICT MANAGEMENT PLAN
- Social District Hours of Operation: 11:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M. seven days a week with the exception of Fall Fest. The social district will be closed during Fall Fest days/hours because of the adult beverage garden.
- Leaving the Commons Area (red shaded area) with an alcoholic beverage is not permitted.
- Alcohol must stay within the Commons Area boundaries identified on the map.
- The Commons Area (red shaded area) represents the City of Grandville public property identified on the map. Private property is not part of the Commons Area. (Please do not carry alcoholic beverages into private businesses or consume on private property.)
- Alcoholic beverages must only be sold to and consumed by adults 21+.
- Alcoholic beverages consumed within the Commons Area must be purchased from a Social District license holder (currently Michigan Moonshine or Oakestown Brewery).
- Alcoholic beverages consumed within the Commons Area must be in a designated Social District cup, provided by the license holder at time of purchase.
- Bringing your own alcohol into the Social District is not permitted.
- Always be respectful of public, private property and others.
- Please pick up after yourself. No littering.
- All other State of Michigan and City of Grandville laws apply, including but not limited to, those prohibiting public intoxication, impaired driving, open containers in motor vehicles and serving alcohol to minors.
