Produce and food vendors will be given priority, but as our market only serves a limited number of residents, the market reserves the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar items. Artisans will be admitted on a limited basis. Submitting an application does NOT guarantee entry into the market.
PLEASE NOTE: Market spaces are reserved for produce, food, beverage and hand-made artisan items. Booths will NOT be rented to other goods or services.
DISPLAY
Vendors must provide their own means of display (chairs, tables, etc.). The space is covered, so tents are not required but may be used for shade purposes if desired. The City of Grandville will not be liable for theft, damage, loss of work or personal injury.
Please leave your space as clean as you found it, taking all trash and recyclables off site
with you.

All food with the exception of fresh fruits and vegetables shall be packaged, handled, stored, offered for sale and sold in a manner which protects the food from
contamination.
All products offered for sale will be open for inspection by the market management and food inspectors. Baked goods must be made in a licensed kitchen or, if following cottage food law, have all proper labeling. Food license must be uploaded with application.
Goods offered for sale by weight must be weighed on approved scale in full view of the purchaser.

All vendors should be set up and ready to sell by 9 am. Vendor vehicles may be parked in the space adjacent to assigned booths or in the connected lot. Please remember NO trash or recyclables may be left on site. Space must be left as clean as it was upon arrival.
FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
The Grandville Market accepts SNAP, Double Up and Senior Project Fresh. Please know which programs your booth is eligible for and submit the required signed forms (these will be uploaded to this site when available) by May 24. The Market Master will provide you with signage stating the programs accepted at your booth. This signage MUST be displayed every market day!
Tokens will be collected and reimbursed the last Tuesday of every month. If a vendor is absent that week, reimbursement will need to wait until the following month. Please have tokens tallied and ready to turn in on these days. Please do NOT submit double up bucks or senior project fresh coupons collected from other markets. Grandville only gets so much funding based on our numbers. Our goal is to keep our records accurately reflecting our sales.
